Netflix is a streaming service available worldwide to more than 118 million subscribers all around the world. Subscribers can enjoy streaming of their favorite shows, movies, documentaries and series via a monthly subscription. Netflix holds both original and non-original content.

Subscription plans.

Netflix USA has different subscription plans for their viewers depending on the number of devices and the quality of the service they want to avail themselves with. Here are the three subscription plans available at Netflix USA:

Basic subscription plan.

The basic plan is the lowest cost plan available at $8.99 per month. This plan has limited features and it can only be used at a single screen at a time. This is meant for those viewers who are only users in their account. Being basic, this plan provides Standard Definition resolution (SD), not High Definition (HD).

Standard subscription plan.

The standard subscription plan costs more than the basic plan at the rate of $12.99 per month. This plan provides HD resolution for its viewers. Content can be viewed on not more than two screens.

Premium subscription plan.

Finally, the premium plan costs higher than the other two plans at rate of $15.99 per month. This plan is ideal for users with big families as they can watch content at up to four screens at the same time. Also, the resolution is higher as High Definition (HD) and 4K Ultra HD are available.
