Difference between Inkjet and Laser
You must consider many things When it comes to using a printer for personal use or setting up a printer workstation. Some of the things to consider are functionality, cost, speed, space, and quality. A printer is a device used for printing soft copy files. It can be used for either printing documents, pictures, or banners from an electronic device. Here, we will be distinguishing between two types of printers, the Inkjet printers and the Laser printers.

Inkjet printers are machines used to drop microscopic droplets of ink on paper before it is printed. They can be used to print both text documents and high-quality pictures. Inkjet printers end up costing a lot after procurement due to the high cost of maintenance.
Laser[edit]
Laser printers are machines used to melt toner powders on paper to form a print on it. They are more expensive than inkjets and use costlier toner cartridges which is a more economical option in the long run when the overall costs of both laser and inkjet are added together. It also has a faster print speed than inkjet, making it costly when bought at first.
